I'm guessing it's possible, but you would need a custom app, and probably with root privileges. The card is an antenna with a serialized chip, typically specified within the access control system. You'd have to have the same chip, or be able to questionably clone it to do that. Would be sweet though. After registering your card(s) in the Gear app on your smartphone, all you have to do is press and hold the Back button, tap the Pay button on the S3, and then hold the watch near the terminal.
