I reset the Foxtel box, pulled the plug out of the socket, left it for about a minute, plugged it back in again, used the Foxtel button top of remote, inserted the Smartcard, followed the instructions on the top of the card for correct insertion and it tuned in perfectly.Customer: My TV says my smart card is suddenly inserted wrong. Please first turn off the Foxtel box then pull out the smart card and wipe the contacts on the smart card with a soft cloth and reinsert it. Now turn on the Foxtel box does that fix the problem? If not then again turn off the box and unplug the power.
